·         Unit 1 Plato makeup days (Be sure that all assignments are completed) *If you are locked out of a test, go back through the tutorial and complete it once again.

·         Cell Organelle assignments using Blendspace. You all will create a blendspace page that describes 10 organelles. Each blendspace icon must have the following information for each organelle that you have chosen:

-The name of your chosen organelle

-The function of your organelle

-A picture and/or video of your organelle

-Compare the function of the organelle to a school

-This assignment is worth 100 points-

Teacher-Student conferences will be held during these days!

General Biology_Cell Assessment

Attention, 

The Cell unit assessment will be broken down into three assessments. On Monday, October 6, 2014, you all will complete Part 1 assessment on Cell Organelles. The assessment will address the following information: 
-Two main types of cells (Similarities, Differences and examples)
-Organelles (Function, location and appearance)

This assessment should be easy to pass. Be sure to study your cell organelle function graphic organizer and notes that were given to each of you in class. It is imperative that you study for this assessment.

General Biology_Project

Hello Guys and Dolls,

You will not be able to complete your project during tutoring. I told you all about this project on last week. I allow a week for you to complete this 120 point assignment. It is not fair to those students who completed the assignment at home and turned it in on time. No one will be allowed to turn in any projects late. I am sorry in advance for any inconvenience this may have caused.
